Ways to Cooperate

We welcome assistance of any partner who would like us to partner with us and help us to achieve Heifer's mission. Involvement of individuals, businesses or institutions is greatly appreciated if they help HPI projects to produce long lasting effects. Working together we can do more.

We are looking for Partners that would like to:

• co-finance our projects
  Having similar goals or doing complementary work in the same communities can multiply and diversify projects effects and result in better final achievements. Moreover, co-financing lowers projects operational costs.
  
  
• become project partner
  We highly appreciate assistance of any institution that would like to help with HPI project implementation. National, international or foreign NGOs, local authority offices, extension centers, agricultural universities, breeding stations and churches are welcomed to become our project partners. Joint efforts make successful development of a project more probable, which become a source of satisfaction for anyone involved.
  
  
• support communities that Heifer is working with in different ways
  Heifer cooperates with organizations that are conducting their own programs important for development of rural communities. They may be programs for environment protection, organic farming, empowerment of women, preservation of village heritage and traditions, etc. Common areas always can be found to work on together or to learn from one another on how to be more effective.
  
  
• provide voluntary advice and expertise on ecology, low, finance, agriculture, marketing, etc.
  We are grateful for any useful advice or idea that may be helpful for implementation and development of our projects.
  
  
• support HPI projects in kind
  Even one time support to HPI groups is greatly appreciated by farmers and recognized by our office. Providing free of charge rooms for the farmers meetings or training, veterinary services, extra portions of supplements for the animals, low interest loans, preferable insurance for the animals, etc are really valuable support to HPI farmers.
